Q. Why outsource?
A. You already do!
Unless you generate your own electricity, own a telephone network and get staff from ads in your internal newsletter, you're already an accomplished outsourcer.
It shows your clients not that you lack creative wherewithal, but that you're taking their work seriously; that you're not prepared to wing it the moment the contract is signed.
A. Requirements could be temporary or irregular
Outsourcing helps during periods of staff holidays, sickness and the delirium brought by newborn babes. But if you only need a few hours' work every week, would you really employ a full-timer? Yes? My CV's in the post.
